Overview

Medable is a health technology platform transforming clinical trials through decentralized, AI-powered solutions—helping bring therapies to patients faster.

As the company scaled, its brand needed to evolve to match the sophistication and reach of its platform.

The Challenge

Medable’s brand was not keeping pace with its rapid growth, resulting in inconsistent visuals across marketing, product, and events. The absence of a scalable system made it difficult for internal teams to produce cohesive work, especially as demand for high-volume design increased.

The Objective

The goal was to design a flexible, scalable brand system that could unify all touchpoints while supporting rapid growth and increasing content demands. It needed to communicate complex clinical concepts with clarity and elevate Medable’s presence within a competitive health-tech landscape.

My Role

As Visual Design Lead, I worked across both strategy and execution—defining and evolving the brand’s visual language while building scalable systems for repeatable design. I developed core components including typography, color, iconography, and grid systems, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across digital, print, and physical environments. I also presented work to stakeholders, aligning teams and navigating feedback to drive clear, effective design decisions.
